EventOps Command Centre
This concept build demonstrates how an event operations business could manage jobs, enquiries, warehouse movement, equipment, fleet, crew, risks, finance, approvals, and driver workflows from one command centre. It is positioned as a prototype/proof system, not a claimed client result.

01 / The pressure
Where the operation was leaking.
Event and hire businesses often coordinate enquiries, kit, vans, crew, job changes, warehouse movements, and finance through disconnected tools. That makes operational risk harder to see and harder to control.
02 / The forge
What we built around it.
We created a command centre prototype with routes for dashboards, jobs, ops inbox, equipment, warehouse, fleet, crew, risk, finance, approvals, import preview, and mobile driver execution. The aim is to show how a complex service operation can be mapped into one system.
Visual proof
Demo-data visuals inspired by the system - no private client screenshots.
These images are generated with fictional data to show the product direction without exposing school addresses, routes, drivers, or live operations.
03 / Shipped outcomes
What survived contact with production.

Discuss similar scope
Got a similar pressure point? Let's brief it.
Most of our builds replace a manual workflow, a fragmented data layer, or a tool that didn't fit. Send the messy version, we'll send back a fixed-scope brief.
