Core Operations Forged ("we", "us") is a UK-based software engineering studio operated by Aceru Studio. We build dashboards, automations, web platforms, and product-grade systems for businesses.

For data-protection purposes we are the controller of any personal data you submit to this website. You can contact us at any time at Contact@coreoperationsforged.com.

We try to collect as little as possible. The only personal data we actively collect is what you give us when you fill in the project inquiry form on the contact page:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• Project type, budget range, and timeline
• The message describing your project

We additionally store a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address (truncated to 16 hex characters) for the sole purpose of rate-limiting form submissions and detecting spam. We never store the raw IP address itself, and the hash cannot be reversed to identify you.

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this site. There are no advertising or marketing cookies. We set one strictly-necessary cookie to remember whether you've dismissed the cookie notice — that's it.

The data you submit through the inquiry form is used to:

• Reply to you about your project
• Schedule and prepare for a discovery call if your project is a good fit
• Send you a fixed-scope proposal if you want one

We never sell, rent, share, or otherwise pass your data to advertisers, marketers, brokers, or any third party for their own purposes.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (you voluntarily completed and submitted the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries directed at us.

Inquiry data is stored in a Postgres database hosted on Supabase (within the European Union region) and an email copy is sent through Resend, our transactional email provider. Both providers are GDPR-compliant and have published Data Processing Agreements.

We retain inquiry records for up to 24 months after the final correspondence about a project so that we can answer follow-up questions and produce records if needed for tax or contractual reasons. After that they are deleted on request or as part of our routine data hygiene, whichever comes first.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold on you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data deleted (the "right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to our processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

To exercise any of these rights, just email Contact@coreoperationsforged.com with a brief note about what you want and we'll respond within 30 days, usually much faster.

This site uses one cookie: cof-cookie-consent. It stores a single value (accepted/dismissed) so we don't show the cookie notice to you on every visit. It contains no identifiers, expires after one year, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

We'll update this page if how we handle data ever materially changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when. For substantive changes affecting data we already hold on you, we'll email anyone affected.
